Surprised to see me? Yeah, I know it’s been a while since I had a post. There’s a reason for that. I actually flew across the country to the Mr’s Warrant Officer graduation in Quantico, VA. Actually, I take that back. I flew to NY for a week of fun in Central NY with my family and friends and then took a road trip down to VA with my mom, sister, and niece, and then I went to the Mr’s graduation. Where the Mr. and I drove across the country back to CA. So yeah, I’ve been a bit busy the last couple of weeks. I did get a chance to tweet a couple of times, but I was mostly pretty busy with life.
Got a little D&B time with Marissa, my mom, and niece.
Marissa and I went to a few waterfalls in the NY area. This one tops the cake.
The Mr and I survived the roadways of Tennessee.
The Jeep had a couple of issues which had us stopping twice on our trip to fix it.
If you’re ever driving through Oklahoma on I-40, stop at the Cherokee exit. You can’t miss it, there are a ton of signs leading up to it. It was by far the best roadside attraction we went to on our trip.
Finally back home.
Now even though I’m back now, in a few weeks the Mr. and I will be moving to our next base. So, there will be more lag time in the future. I will try to do better and schedule posts for the time that I will not have access to a computer but we all know how things go. Sometimes what we plan doesn’t work out. Sort of like how I planned to have posts going out the last couple of weeks. Whoopsies.
Sounds like a pretty awesome time away though! And aws congrats to the Mister! Hope yall’s move goes smoothly! Are yall up for a big move?
