And last but not least… the Mr. got me a Christmas gift that ran a tad bit late and turned into more of a new years gift but I love it! It’s a laptop that turns into a tablet! I guess he got tired of all my complaining about not being able to read manga and graphic novels on my Kindle.

I’ve been wanting a tablet for a while but my concern was, what if, on vacation, I realized that I didn’t write up a post that needed to go out. I’d hate to imagine typing up a post on a tablet. I don’t even own a smart phone! That’s right, I’m still rockin’ a flip phone. So I’m behind on all this technology. However, I wanted a table for reading manga/graphic novels and and easy way to check the internet when traveling w/o the Mr. and his laptop. I had no idea that this even existed. It’s the best of both worlds. I love that it even folds into a standing position so that I can watch tv/videos without even having to hold it. Okay I’m gonna stop gushing about Lenni. I love her, she’s amazing, that is all.

Last weekend I went up to Las Vegas for the first Romance Novel Convention. I didn’t go up for the whole convention since the classes were geared towards authors but I did go up for the book fair and the Mr. Casanova contest. So I didn’t do too much. However, I finally got the chance to meet an author who’s books I’ve been gobbling up like chocolate, D.T. Dyllin!

I also got a chance to meet a lot of amazing authors at the book fair. Which is where I wound up with a ton of books for review.
