Dear Reader,

Being trapped in a bedroom with a woman is a grand thing. Being trapped in hundreds of bedrooms over two thousand years isn’t. And being cursed into a book as a love-slave for eternity can ruin even a Spartan warrior’s day.

As a love-slave, I know everything about women. How to touch them, how to savor them, and most of all, how to pleasure them. But when I was summoned to fulfill Grace Alexander’s sexual fantasies, I found the first woman in history who saw me as a man with a tormented past. She alone bothered to take me out of the bedroom and onto the world. She taught me to love again.

But I was not born to love. I was cursed to walk eternity alone. As a general, I had long ago accepted my sentence. Yet now I have found Grace–the one thing my wounded heart cannot survive without. Sure, love can heal all wounds, but can it break a two-thousand-year-old curse?

Let me just start this off by saying, “WOW!!!!” I could not put this book down. This is not your typical paranormal romance novel. It has is own personal twist that has me addicted. I love the Greek mythology aspect as well as the eclectic mix of supernatural characters that are found throughout this series.

I feel absolutely in love with the characters Julian and Grace, in Fantasy Lover and I knew I would miss them, especially Julian. As my reading of the series continues to move forward, I find myself falling in love with more of the characters. Sherrilyn Kenyon knows how to write her men. The heroines throughout the series are all beautiful, strong, modest, and different types of women. I’m happy that the characters lives are all entwined and you will see a guest appearance from one the previous favorites, as the series continues to move forward.

This series is sexy and imaginative. So no one under 18 please! I I am currently reading book five, Kiss of Night, and have yet to be disappointed with any of the previous books. I will update my thoughts on this fabulous series after few more books. I recommend you try out this author/series if you haven’t already and for those of you who have “air five.” HAPPY SNIFFING!

1favequote“I waited two thousand years for you, Grace Alexander,” he whispered in her ear,”and you were worth every second of it.”

1favepart My favorite part is when Grace, Julian, Grace’s BF, and her husband are out one night and Julian runs into someone from Grace’s past. His name is Paul and he was an absolute creep. Julian, in all his sexiness, was accused, yet again, of trying to pick up some man’s woman. This guy tries to pick a fight with him and then Paul sees Grace. He begins to try and degrade her, when Julian defends her honor and makes Paul whimper like a puppy.
