We pick up right where Tiger’s Quest leaves off. Ren has lost his memory of all things pertaining to Kelsey. Of course, Kelsey is upset over the fact that her boyfriend no longer has feelings for her and any close contact with her gives him immense pain. They still have the tiger’s curse to break and they must work together in order to break the curse.
I liked this book but it wasn’t as good as the other ones for me. Picture Twilight’s “New Moon” and you have Tiger’s Voyage. Ren decides to let Kelsey go in order to keep her safe, he pushes her towards his brother Kishan, who is all too excited to finally get a shot with Kelsey. The only problem is, she still loves Ren and no matter how hard she tries to move on with Kishan, she cannot seem to break the bond that she has with Ren. For me, this became a little tiresome and it was a constant battle throughout the book.
The redeeming quality about the book however was the quest itself. I really enjoyed meeting the dragons but again they seemed to choose “tests” that made Kelsey choose between Ren and Kishan. Maybe I am just getting tired over the teenage love triangle but it was just too much for me, otherwise this could have been a 5 star rating.
I still really enjoyed the authors writing and the world that she created. I will definitely pick up the next book to see what happens with Kelsey and the tigers.

Aww Kristin! I’m too in love with these books to find fault with them! I’ve borrowed this at least twice from the library just bc I can’t get enough of it! I can’t really say I disagree with you bc I’ve noticed I keep turning a blind eye at anything Tiger Saga or Colleen Houck related…I’m that addicted!
