This week we have to show everyone our TBR list. Let’s be honest here, I would be here all day uploading pictures of all the books I have waiting for me to read. Let’s just put it this way, I have about 200 books that I own and haven’t read yet. That doesn’t even include all the books I want to read or that I have on hold at the library. So instead of showing you guys my long list of books, I will show you the latest books I got. 😉 Since my birthday was the other week I got some pretty awesome books that I’ve been dying to get my hands on. Plus, I won the Harry Potter book from that summer reading challenge I did this year! Woohoo!
The Raider by Monica McCarty
“After consolidating his gains against the enemy English, King Robert the Bruce of Scotland sends his best soldiers to fortify the lawless borders. These legendary warriors of the Highland Guard let nothing come before king and country—except the calling of their heart.”
V-Day by DT Dyllin
“Since the fateful day that has come to be known as M-Day, Vivienne’s been frantically searching for her brothers. Only she knows the truth and will be able to save her family–if she can find them before the countdown hits zero.”
Confess by Colleen Hoover
“The last thing Owen wants is to lose Auburn, but he can’t seem to convince her that truth is sometimes as subjective as art. All he would have to do to save their relationship is confess. But in this case, the confession could be much more destructive than the actual sin… ”
Betrayal Foretold by Jen Crane
“Betrayal Foretold is a fast-paced, emotional ride through the mesmerizing world of Thayer. This third book in the Descended of Dragons series, a new adult fantasy romance, is a can’t-put-it-down story of loss and self-invention, of survival, and of the selfless pursuit to secure the happiness of friends. ”
Harry Potter and the Cursed Child by JK Rowling
“While Harry grapples with a past that refuses to stay where it belongs, his youngest son Albus must struggle with the weight of a family legacy he never wanted. As past and present fuse ominously, both father and son learn the uncomfortable truth: sometimes, darkness comes from unexpected places.”
